Service Pricing and Packages
Wash & Wax Pros offers multiple detailing and single wash services at prices listed on-site and on our website. Only the services included in the selected package will be performed unless additional services are requested and paid for separately.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from their vehicles before service. Wash & Wax Pros is not responsible for any damaged or missing personal items.

Cleaning Limitations
Areas such as center armrest storage and glove compartments will not be cleaned if they contain personal belongings. For safety reasons, car seats and booster seats must be removed by the customer prior to service.

Additional Charges
A minimum surcharge of 25% will apply for vehicles with excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. While we aim to remove pet hair and sand, complete removal is not guaranteed.

Stain and Odor Removal
We will try our best to remove stains and odors, but some upholstery and carpets may have permanent damage or stains that cannot be fully cleaned.

Hidden Damage Disclaimer
Any pre-existing or hidden damages not visible before service are not the responsibility of Wash & Wax Pros.

Photography and Marketing
Photos or videos of vehicles may be taken for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Odor Elimination Service
Odor elimination is a separate service and will be recommended if necessary after cleaning.

Window Care
Windows may develop a temporary film after washing. Customers can remove this film using a microfiber towel once the vehicle has cooled.

Interior Component Care
We are not responsible for damage to heavily soiled or damaged interior components such as dash buttons, knobs, or electrical controls.

Engine Bay Cleaning
Engine bay cleaning is available upon request with an additional charge. Wash & Wax Pros is not liable for any mechanical or electrical problems that may occur after engine bay or sunroof cleaning.

Headliner Cleaning
Headliners will be gently cleaned but may retain stains. Aggressive cleaning could cause sagging due to glue release.

Brake Dust and Wheel Cleaning
Brake dust and wheel cleaning may have limitations. Some wheels may require repair or replacement if damage is severe.

Exterior Trim Restoration
Efforts are made to restore exterior trim, but full restoration of color or texture may not be possible.

Wax, Sealant, and Coating Care
The durability of wax, sealant, or coating depends on proper care. Improper washing can void warranties or reduce effectiveness.

Customer Waiting Area
Customers are requested to remain in designated waiting areas for safety and to maintain a safe distance from work zones.

Refund and Rain Check Policy
No refunds are given once the service is performed. In case of rain, a rain check is available within 48 hours with a paid receipt.

Vehicle Inspection and Satisfaction
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before leaving. Any concerns should be reported within 24 hours for resolution.

Liability Limitations
Wash & Wax Pros is not responsible for damage to loose equipment, aftermarket parts, or vehicles that do not meet size, age, or clearance requirements.

Damage Claims
Damage claims must be reported before leaving the premises and will be processed within fourteen calendar days. Repairs require prior written approval from Wash & Wax Pros.

Updates to Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions may be updated or changed without notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version available on our website.

Membership Plans
Membership plans are non-transferable and billed monthly with automatic renewals. Cancellations require at least seven days’ notice.

Pricing and Service Changes
Prices, service names, features, and ingredients may change without prior notice.

Electronic Communications Consent
By using our services, customers consent to receive electronic communications regarding billing, agreements, updates, and other notices.

Detail Services and Single Wash Terms and Conditions

Wash & Wax Pros offers multiple Detail services and single wash services at varying prices that are listed on our price board at the establishment and our website. Only the listed services offered in the package will be included in that package unless the customer pays for additional selected services separately.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

  1. Please remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items like jewelry, AirPods, etc., from the vehicle prior to any type of detail or inside cleaning. If you fail to do so, we are not responsible for any damaged or missing/misplaced items.
  2. If areas such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment are not cleared, we will not be able to clean them due to the customer’s private personal belongings.
  3. Due to child safety, we will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. We ask that our clients remove car seats and booster seats before handing over the keys to the service attendant. Should the car seat be left in the vehicle, we will do our best to clean around it, but can’t promise your total satisfaction in those areas.
  4. We reserve the right to charge extra for each vehicle according to its condition and the type of vehicle.
  5. A minimum of 25% surcharge on our Detail service will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
  6. Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest items to remove from a vehicle with normal vacuuming. The removal of either element is not guaranteed with any of our service offerings. However, on most occasions, we are successful at removing visual traces of both elements.
  7. We make no promises when it comes to the removal of stains and/or odors from vehicles. We aim to please so we will try our best. Please be aware that some upholstery and carpets are beyond cleaning and may not completely clean up as expected. Some stains are permanent. We may consult with you about what can and cannot be done in regard to your vehicle’s interior.
  8. There may be occasions where there might be hidden damage on a vehicle that won’t be noticed until after it has been cleaned. These damages are of no liability, penalty, or association to Wash & Wax Pros' work, and the company shall not be held responsible for them.
  9. Please note that we take pictures and videos of the vehicles we service for our website or Social Media and advertisement purposes.
  10. Odors cannot always be removed by cleaning alone. We have odor removal services separate from our detailing packages to address them. We will consult with you on options and pricing to remove odors after cleaning has been done.
  11. When it comes to windows, we try to be our best. But from time to time and depending on temperature, windows may have a film. Please allow the car to cool and then take a microfiber towel and wipe the film off if you see streaks. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  12. We are not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained, or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons, knobs, dials, and other components losing their markings, discoloring their appearance, and/or damaging their electrical functionality.
  13. We will only clean engine bays upon request. There is an extra charge for this service. We are not responsible for any mechanical or electrical problems when cleaning engine bays and sunroof/moonroofs due to areas simply getting wet from the wash/cleaning process. Please make sure your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order. There is no way of knowing these problems before we begin, so please understand that if issues arise after our detailing process, we will NOT be held responsible.
  14. The headliner is gently cleaned; however, there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release if cleaned more aggressively or with stronger cleaners. Please understand that headliners may not come completely clean due to this reason. If you choose to clean them at your own risk, they may look clean but will sag over time due to the glue being compromised.
  15. We are not responsible for baked-on brake dust that cannot be completely removed either on the surface or deep within the wheel. Some wheels are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced.
  16. Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar will chemically etch into your vehicle’s paintwork if left for a period of time. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork that may need additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without compromising the clear coat.
  17. Exterior black or grey, textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoring and will have to be replaced. We try our best to restore the plastic to its original color.
  18. Any wax, sealant, or coating not properly cared for will not last its intended durability length. We recommend safe hand washing and following after-care instructions to avoid voiding your coating warranty and compromising its durability and effects.
  19. We ask that you wait in our lobby or customer waiting area. For your safety, please keep a safe distance, at least 10-15 feet away from our work area to avoid any trip or slip hazards. If you need to speak to us while we are working on your vehicle, please make sure to talk to your service adviser or our lobby staff member.
  20. By requesting our services or paying for our services, you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.
  21. NO refunds. By accepting to have Wash & Wax Pros service your vehicle, you agree to pay for the package you selected and agree to our No Refunds policy. All sales are final once the vehicle is serviced. We offer a 48-hour rain check. In case of rain, you can bring your vehicle back within 48 hours with a paid receipt and we will gladly wash the exterior of your vehicle. We ask that you walk around and inspect the vehicle with your detailer before leaving the premises with your vehicle. This is your opportunity to bring any concerns to our attention. After leaving the premises, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services and find something that needs further attention, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make all efforts to make it right for you.

Wash & Wax Pros is not responsible for damage to or the repair of:

  • Loose equipment, including but not limited to mirrors, trim, molding, emblems, light covers, wheel covers, center caps, bumpers, running boards, flaps, or bug deflectors that become dislodged during contact with Wash & Wax Pros' equipment;
  • Any “rack” devices such as luggage racks, bicycle racks, or work racks;
  • Pre-existing conditions with your vehicle or any aftermarket parts or installations;
  • Vehicles with less than five inches (5”) off ground clearance or vehicles that are greater than seven-feet, two-inches (7’ 2”) in height;
  • Vehicles that are wider than seventy-three inches (73”) in total width as measured from tire wall to tire wall or have tires that exceed thirteen inches (13”) in width;
  • Vehicles that are five (5) years old or older;
  • Water leakage resulting from unsecured or open doors or windows including sunroofs, trunks, and hoods;
  • Antennas that are not fully removed, lowered, or otherwise secured by you including power antennas, whip antennas, antenna fins, or other antennas that otherwise cannot be lowered or removed;
  • Collisions due to braking while vehicles are in the tunnel or incidents that occurred while you or other customers are operating vehicles;
  • Any automated system or feature on your vehicle that may cause damage to your vehicle or other vehicles. If you believe the damage has occurred to your vehicle, you must notify the manager on duty and file a claim BEFORE the vehicle leaves the premises. Wash & Wax Pros will process that claim within fourteen (14) calendar days and contact you with the results of its investigation. If it has been confirmed that damage has occurred, you agree to obtain a minimum of three (3) estimates for repair. Any work must be approved in writing by Wash & Wax Pros PRIOR to any work being started. Wash & Wax Pros may, from time to time, update, alter, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions without notification. It is your responsibility to check for and comply with such adjustments. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on our website.

Wash & Wax Pros may need to provide you with certain communications such as agreements, billing statements, notices, updates on terms, products, services, or any other communications. By providing your email address and accepting these terms and conditions, you are giving express consent to receive communications electronically. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time, by emailing your request to [email protected]

Unlimited Wash Club Membership: Terms and Conditions

This is a monthly Recurring Plan that will charge your credit card today and on a monthly basis. Recurring Plans are for personal use only and are not intended for commercial use. Your membership plan is not transferable upon the sale, donation, or other change of ownership to your vehicle. Any change in ownership must be reported to Wash & Wax Pros. The barcode sticker must be affixed to the vehicle and will be used to redeem plan car washes. Please ensure that the barcode sticker is not obstructed and is properly affixed on the driver's side of the windshield. Your Unlimited Membership is per ONE vehicle only. You also agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of any or all drivers of the vehicle associated with your membership plan. It is your responsibility to inform all other drivers of these terms and conditions. Besides the barcode reader, we may use License Plate Recognition to process Recurring Plans to conveniently allow you to redeem plan washes. We will not enroll Dealer License Plates. If you remove the enrolled License Plate to use it on another vehicle, you will violate the terms of this agreement and your membership will be canceled. Your Unlimited Club Membership cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, prepaid washes, or gift cards.

By enrolling in the membership program, I authorize Wash & Wax Pros to charge my credit/debit card account for the monthly wash plan I selected on or around the same day each month. If the above-noted payment dates fall on a weekend or holiday, I understand that the payments may be executed on the next day. I agree that this Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain in effect until I cancel at least 7 days in advance of the next recharge by calling 954-680-7970 or emailing [email protected], and I agree to notify Wash & Wax Pros in writing of any changes in my account information or termination of this authorization. If you cancel your membership less than 7 days before your next billing period, you may be billed for the full subsequent month. No third-party plan cancellation requests will be accepted. I acknowledge that the origination of credit card transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and will not dispute these scheduled transactions; so long as the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form. I agree that if I have signed up for the plan under a promotional rate, I will automatically be charged a regular rate after my promotion term expires. I understand and agree that Wash & Wax Pros may cancel the plan I have selected at any time and replace it with a substantially similar plan. I understand and agree that the plan might be suspended or terminated if the monthly charge is declined by the card processing system. Wash & Wax Pros may increase the plan price at any time with a 30-day notice posted at the establishment. I acknowledge that certain circumstances may affect the availability of the services at certain times, including equipment failure or inclement weather. No rain checks will be issued for unused days due to weather or otherwise.

Wash & Wax Pros is not responsible for damage to or the repair of:

Wash & Wax Pros may, from time to time, update, alter, change, or modify these Terms and Conditions without notification. It is your responsibility to check for and comply with such adjustments. I agree that monthly plan rates and credit card charges may be increased with a notice posted at the site not less than 30 days in advance, and no additional notice will be required. Florida sales tax will be added to the membership plan price.

Wash & Wax Pros reserves the right to terminate Membership upon violation of any of the terms and conditions herein. Wash & Wax Pros reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the program from time to time, as it feels necessary. Wash & Wax Pros membership plans and wash level names, prices, features, and ingredients, etc., are subject to change without notice. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.
